“Dusty dried cherries, mint leaf, sage and a hint of cola introduce the 2022 Pinot Noir 943. The palate is juicy and spry, with vividly ripe wild berry fruits complicated by a tinge of rosemary and sour citrus. It leaves a pleasantly bitter and chewy sensation as nuances of blackberry and licorice fade through the gently tannic finale. This one-off from EIEIO is bottled directly from the barrel and is entirely 943 Clone.”
